Research:

In a collaboration between UW and GE-GRC, I am working on workflow development for simultaneous MR and ultrasound image acquisition and analysis for implementation in image-guided radiotherapy for the purspose of motion management.

Future plans:

After completing my PhD in Medical Physics, I plan to pursue a therapeutic medical physics residency position. Ultimately, I would ideally like to build a career as a medical physicist in a radiation oncology department in a university-affiliated hospital. This way I would be able to work clinically as well as continue research.

When not in the lab:

Year round I enjoy riding my bike and running through the beautiful city of Madison. I also dabble with art; my favorite mediums to work with are pen and ink and watercolor.
